Biography

Judge Milton was born in Pasadena, California, but spent the first 20 years of his life in Indianapolis, Indiana. Although his family was of limited economic means, it was patriotic and occupied all branches of the military. David was summoned to active duty for the United States Army Reserve shortly after graduation from High school.
He reached the rank of Specialist 5th Class. Upon release from active duty, David returned to Indianapolis and became employed in the factories of Eli Lily & Company while taking college courses at night.
